WHY USE OPT-IN E-MAIL LISTS?
opt-in e-mails are the best way to target a market through
e-mail. Each person has opted to receive e-mails about relevant offers
and/or advertisements through the use of an online survey, or a postal
survey. The names are never released to the client due to the privacy
agreements on the web site or survey in which they registered.
COST:
Consumer lists $125/M - $300/M
Selections Include: gender, age, geography, presence
of children, age of children, occupation, estimated household income,
hobbies (selectable by individual hobbies), intender data (intentions
of buying a house, a car, etc.).
Business lists: $200/M - $550/M
Selections Include: Occupation, industry, sales
volume, employee size, geography
Tracking Definitions:
Open: An e-mail is received and opened.
Click-through: A link on the e-mail is clicked
which brings the recipient to the client's web site. Average response
- 5-15% will click-through (if market is targeted correctly) of those
2-10% will convert.
Call to action: The recipient makes a purchase,
fills out a form and/or makes a call to the client as the e-mail intended.
When to Use:
E-mail transmission is suggested for any Tuesday, Wednesday
or Thursday. Monday and Friday show much fewer click throughs.
